Does anyhave have a recipe for those diet supplement drinks in a can like Boost or Ensure to maintain good health during an illness or recuperation from surgery, injury, etc? They're very expensive especially at 2-3 per day. I am wondering if powdered protein, baby formula, dry milk, or anything along those lines can be added to regular drinks to add extra calories and other vitamins and nutrients that taste okay? Any protein bar recipes that taste better than what's on the market, too? Thanks in advance for any advice or tips. Karen O'
