Unfortunately, the usual diet is monotonous, often forget about breakfast, and lunch is becoming abundantly late dinner. Unfortunately, a lot of their fat and sugar, so I tried to remove the product from its diet. "But they are delicious!" - I heard. Talked to the yoghurt, which contain less fat. I now rarely goes after the cheese. Do not like fish, without which we do not have a healthy diet. Just prepare a salad of your favorite vegetables and add to it a few spoon cold fish (roasted, smoked). If this still add fresh herbs, aromatic spices, to give a simple reminder to stop the fish. So do not take home with breakfast or snacks, because they can buy them at any time.
